About our Special Guest:
Maureen Taylor is a Physician Assistant in Infectious Diseases at Michael Garron Hospital and Associate Clinical Professor at McMaster University. Before her PA career, she was a broadcast journalist for 25 years.
Maureen served as the co-chair of the Provincial Expert Advisory Group on Physician Assisted Death, and has been an advocate since the death of her husband Dr. Donald Low, who died of a brain tumour and wished until the end that he could have medical aid in dying.
